approach
I collaborated with writers to transform their concepts into visuals and interactive elements. Other than designing, my role also required troubleshooting design assets during the development phase.
The final product is a balance of creativity and communication, ensuring the information is delivered while giving the audience a fun, engaging experience.
surviving the housing crisis
Searching for an apartment in Chicago can feel so intimidating. This article, surviving the housing crisis, transforms that process into a game-like engaging experience, guiding you through the process of apartment hunting in the form of an 80s-inspired pixel art game.
The article’s design draws visual inspiration from Chicago’s iconic architecture and urban landscape. The color palette is directly pulled from the bold hues of Chicago’s flag, with vibrant blues and a bright red that evoke the city’s spirit and history.
